This Privacy Policy explains what information Crypto Data API (“we”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account data — the email address you sign up with, and, if you use social or wallet sign-in, the identifier returned by that provider.
- API usage — request metadata (endpoint, timestamp, API key, IP address) used for rate-limiting, billing, security, and debugging.
- Newsletter — if you subscribe, the email address you provide.
- Payment data — handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers. On-chain payments are recorded by their public transaction hash.
How we use it
- To provide, secure, and improve the Service.
- To enforce plan limits and process payments.
- To send service and changelog notices, and — if you opted in — our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with infrastructure and payment providers that process it on our behalf, or where required by law.
Retention
We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link in any email or by contacting us.
