Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Crypto Data API (the “Service”), operated by Venture AI Labs. By creating an account, requesting an API key, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Crypto Data API provides programmatic access to cryptocurrency market data, derivatives metrics, on-chain indicators, sentiment, and related analytics. The data is provided for informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make using it.
2. Accounts & API keys
You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Keys are issued per the plan you select and may be rate-limited or revoked for abuse.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not exceed the rate limits or quotas of your plan, or attempt to circumvent them.
- Do not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw data feeds in bulk as a competing data product without a written agreement.
- Do not use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or disrupt the Service's integrity or availability.
4. Plans & payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at checkout. Crypto payments (e.g., USDC) are final once confirmed on-chain. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.
5. Data accuracy & availability
Market data is aggregated from third-party sources and may contain inaccuracies, gaps, or delays. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venture AI Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
